In this role, you will support life insurance cases by building and verifying application records in underwriting system for all General Agency insurance applications and update the system as the case progresses.

• Experience in a PC based workflow system a plus
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and solve problems
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Experience providing positive customer service to internal and external business partners
• One or more years of experience in a brokerage, financial planning or life insurance environment preferred
